Rachel Olsen's path into the world of accounting was anything but conventional. Born into a family of small business owners, Rachel was immersed in the intricacies of business operations from a tender age. At just 12, she was already managing accounts receivable and making collection calls—a testament to her early fascination with numbers and business mechanics.
Initially set on a different course, Rachel's academic journey began in International Business. It was only after deciding to stay in the U.S. and finding inspiration from her peers in the banking industry that she pivoted to accounting. Driven by her love for solving complex puzzles, Rachel pursued an accounting degree, landing a pivotal internship at Fortune 100 Energy company which morphed into a thriving career.
At Factor, Rachel is known as the 'Financial Futurist.' Her role goes beyond traditional accounting; she is a visionary, forecasting financial landscapes and crafting innovative strategies that drive business growth. Her ability to dissect and interpret financial data not only fills a critical gap for creative teams but also aligns perfectly with her life's passion for exploration and innovation.
Working alongside creative teams, Rachel thrives on the synergy that comes from blending diverse mindsets. "I love the unique role we play," she says, "It’s about filling a void, helping creative businesses scale and succeed, which is incredibly rewarding."
Outside the office, Rachel is a true adventurer at heart. She never passes up an opportunity to engage with nature—be it kayaking on a serene mountain lake or hiking up rugged trails. Her love for the outdoors mirrors her approach to life and business: vast, untamed, and full of possibilities.
Beyond her professional and volunteer endeavors, Rachel is a serial entrepreneur with interests ranging from real estate investing in both single-family and multi-family properties to managing short-term rentals. Her entrepreneurial spirit is a vibrant thread woven through her personal and professional life, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow.
Stacey Naizer

Growing up in a family of small business owners, Stacey experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship from a young age. Inspired by the struggles and triumphs she witnessed, Stacey pursued a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Development, topped off with a CPA license, to master the art of financial management.
Stacey thrives in the creative energy of her clients, drawn to their zest for life and the passion they pour into their creations. She loves that her role allows her to be a true partner in their ventures, contributing not just to their financial health but to their overall mission and success.
When she's not streamlining finances and developing growth strategies, Stacey relives her childhood through the eyes of her own children. Whether they're exploring the park, splashing around in the pool, dancing, or getting crafty, she is deeply involved in cherishing and creating joyful memories.
Dedicated to giving back to the community, Stacey is part of the AMA OKC board and is an active member of the Council of Entrepreneurs.

"I didn't come into accounting the 'normal' way. I like to think that I didn't choose accounting; it chose me," Lisa often says, reflecting on her unconventional path from pre-med to mathematics, and eventually to the world of finance and accounting. Her love of golf led her to a job at the OU golf course in college and steered her towards the finance department after graduation, which eventually led her to the oil and gas industry. Recognizing her growing passion for financial systems, Lisa went back to school to dive deeper into accounting, shaping her into the expert she is today.
At Factor, Lisa serves as the Chief Number Cruncher. She thrives on the dynamic contrast between her analytical approach and the boundless creativity of her clients. Lisa cherishes the deep relationships formed with their clients and revels in witnessing them achieve their dreams, making her role not just a job but a part of her life’s joy.
Beyond her financial expertise, Lisa's passions are as varied as her career path. She is an enthusiast of clean-crafted™ wine, rollerblading, biking, and swimming with friends and family. She is a voracious reader and always on the hunt for her next great book.
Lisa's commitment extends into her community through her involvement with Thrive Church, where she assists in reviewing and streamlining their financial processes. This role allows her to give back, using her professional skills to support her church.
